We know you have many fundraising choices for your organization and we also understand that budget many times makes the decisions for you. So let us make this a no-brainer for you...Rich in Deeds can facilitate the connection between your organization and donors.


We make life easier with simple tools for you to manage your presence on the site, we can work with your existing site or work in place of one if you don’t have the budget for a web designer and hosting plan.


We’ve worked in fundraising for over 30 years. We understand your needs and the fears that sometimes hold you back. We can help you overcome any challenges in your way while making it easier for you to get funds, raise awareness, register volunteers, solicit special gifts, recruit board members, connect with vendors, sell event tickets, and access committed and interested donors.

There are no set-up or cancellation fees. There is a monthly membership fee of $25 for access and use of the site. There is a 5% fee charged on each transaction which pays for the processing. That’s it! No hassle, no fuss. Straightforward pricing and honesty.

You can create a charity profile page to customize for your organization. You can upload photos, video, special event information, board recruitment notices, and volunteer opportunities. Additionally, your supporters will be able to donate, volunteer and purchase event tickets directly from your profile page.


Upon receipt of a gift, a thank you letter will be sent from us on your behalf. You can also send reminder notices to your registered volunteers and answer any comments or questions directly through our site. We also offer donors the ability to select special features such as anonymity, in memory/in honor of recognition, and recurring payments.


With our Vendor Appeal, vendors will compete to do business with you or you can put out calls for senior leadership and Board members through the Board Appeal.


You will also receive detailed statistics for your page, donations and volunteer activity. Basically, if it happens on our site, you’ll get an update on it. You can download and print them to report to your Board.

PayPal is the Rich in Deeds chosen payment processor. After the donation is submitted and the transaction fee has been deducted, the money is available in your PayPal account. You will be notified by PayPal when the money is transferred into your account.

You will need a PayPal account to access the donations. If you don’t already have a free account, PayPal will hold the funds until one is created. Donations and transactions are always secure; learn more about PayPal security

Immediately. Everything is electronic so the donation is processed within minutes. We are not a donor advised fund so you will receive your donations quickly, no need for double transmission. We take putting the easy into giving seriously!

There is none. We’re awesome! But seriously, the purpose of Rich in Deeds is to make it easier for people to do the right thing, be superheroes and change the world. We won’t let anything stand in the way of that. And…we’re a little bit awesome.

We come from a background in fundraising consulting and have a practical knowledge of what a non-profit needs and the challenges they face.

We put you in control of your online fundraising and help steer interested parties toward your mission. It’s great to have active and excited donors, but we also understand the need to guide them in their involvement. With us, you can tell them what you need, when you need it and how they can deliver for you – so you can deliver for them and their community!

With Rich in Deeds, you’re always in control and you have access to everything you need to manage fundraising initiatives right at the click of a button. And we are not a donor advised fund so you will receive your donations immediately! What could be better than that?

Yes. We really do believe charities help change the world and we want to be a part of that! 10% of the annual fees each charity pays will be donated back to them at the end of the year.

If it happens on Rich in Deeds, it will be updated to your records accessed from your dashboard. The dashboard will be your control panel to the entire site, here you’ll edit your profile, create events and opportunities, download XLS reports, and communicate with your supporters.

The Reporting tab will provide information on how many people have accessed your page, contributed, record what they have contributed when and track your donations and volunteers – just to name a few.

Simply stated you can click the sign up link at the top of any page click here to get started immediately.

Fill out the brief registration form, on which the most complicated item is the Federal Tax ID number, or EIN, and then you can move right into personalizing your profile.

A representative will contact you within 48 hours of your submission to verify your organization. Boom, you’re done! It’s that simple.

In the event that you choose to leave us, all you have to do is click the link in your profile settings tab in your dashboard. We just ask that you tell us why so we can continue to make the site better and deliver what you need in the future. And then we sit in a circle and cry over you for days!

Professionals are classified as anyone who works in the field of fundraising such as consultants, executives or corporate responsibility officers of major companies who seek leadership opportunities for their top administrators.

Vendors are companies who are looking to work with or can provide services for non-profits such as caterers, equipment rentals, and event sponsors.

Yes. You’ll need to photocopy and fax or scan and email copies of the official documentation declaring your organization a non-profit, your articles of organization and any relevant documentation to Customer Support.


In the email/fax, include all relevant information about your charity (ie, name, url, your contact info), the reason you do not have 501(c)3 status, the names of key leadership, and identify the documents attached/included. In the subject line, write Re: Charity Without Status.

FAQ for Donors

Giving through Rich in Deeds is easier for the charity. We handle all the details. Many organizations can’t afford the processing fees and sometimes handling the information can be a hassle. We do all the busy work for them, from processing to receipts and records. We really do put the easy into giving!

Our mission is to put all you need to donate, volunteer, and get involved in one place. We aim to do the same for the charities. Good deeds, made easy! …so we can all be Rich in Deeds –get it?

No. If you do choose to register, you can create a profile, store preferences and keep track of your donations and volunteer records. But you don’t need to be a member to start making a difference! You can start right now for free.

Yes. When you submit your donations you can choose to withhold your name, with one click. Easy peasy! The charity will receive your information for record-keeping purposes only. Your name will not be mentioned or displayed in any public recognition.

Yes. 95% of your donation is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. (5% goes to process the transaction.)

No. Sorry, all donations are final and non-refundable.

Each charity is verified with the IRS as a 501(c) 3 tax-exempt organization. We check their federally issued tax identification number with the IRS before including them in the Rich in Deeds database.

For international organizations or other organizations without IRS tax identification numbers, our representatives speak to the registrants and verify via fax the necessary documentation to ensure their legitimacy.

Your transactions are secure on our site with an SSL certificate with Extended Validation. This provides a high-security green address bar, 256-bit encryption, 2048-bit root and high assurance protection. PayPal has its own top of the line protection and encryption systems to secure your data.

Browse our charities and volunteer opportunities through the Donate or Volunteer pages and search by zip code, category, cause or need. See something you like, follow the links on that page to donate or volunteer right away.

If you’d like to register click the sign up link at the top or follow this link You can register as an individual, a vendor (if you run a company that might do business with local nonprofits), or as a professional (someone working in the NP field). Fill in the form and Poof! You’re an official Rich in Deeds superhero.

Creating an account is only free to donors and volunteers. Professionals and vendors are charged fees to access special features of the membership site to connect with the registered charities and each other in meaningful ways. [JW1] Namely, the Vendors get access to ‘Calls to Action’ from local charities and the Professionals get behind the scenes access and some training webinars. The Professional fee is $10 a month and the Vendors’ fee is $25 per month.

Yes! Simply log in to your PayPal account and cancel the transaction. You can also contact Rich in Deeds support and we can cancel it from our end. If it has already been processed for that month, the money cannot be refunded but you will have full use of your account until the end of the month.
